Sofia Pitulis is ESG Manager at Savills Investment Management, with experience in ESG strategies, Net Zero Carbon audits, climate risk assessments, SFDR Article 8 fund repositioning, and taxonomy alignment. She has worked as a sustainability consultant for Evora Global and ESA Engineering and as a project manager for Arcadis. She has coordinated projects with sustainability certifications such as LEED/WELL/BREEAM and carried out activities related to the submission of the GRESB questionnaire. She has a degree in Building Engineering-Architecture from the University of Bologna and studied at TU Delft and the Passive House Institute. She is LEED AP certified.
