Aimee Witteman is a nonprofit strategist with over 20 years of experience advancing clean energy and climate solutions. She has led programs across philanthropy, government, and advocacy, building partnerships that accelerate decarbonization and resilience while expanding housing and community benefits. Aimee currently serves as Chief Impact Officer at the Urban Land Institute, guiding initiatives that connect climate action with affordability and equity. She has held leadership roles at the McKnight Foundation, Energy Foundation, and Climate Imperative Foundation, and previously served in the U.S. Department of Energy to help implement the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act.

Stevie, originally from Rockville, Maryland, is an ESG professional with over five years of experience in sustainability reporting and strategy. She currently serves as the Sr. ESG and Sustainability manager for the William Warren Group (WWG), a premier national self-storage company delivering end-to-end expertise in property management, investment, and development. In her role, she drives the company’s ESG initiatives, advancing both corporate responsibility and long-term value creation. Passionate about embedding sustainability into business strategy, Stevie is dedicated to shaping impactful, measurable outcomes.
Brett KrausConservice, LLC
Senior Counsel
Brett Kraus is the Senior Counsel for Conservice and has been working with owners of various types in developing sustainable solutions for their business. He has been involved in working directly with the EPA to provide guidance for the 1-100 score in both the multifamily and single family sectors. Brett has been with Conservice for about fifteen years; before that, he worked as a lawyer in a small law firm in Northern Utah.

Director, Member Relations
Reid Morgan joined GRESB in early 2022 as the Americas focused Director of Member Relations. He sits directly in the middle of the conversation between GRESB Investor members, participants, and consultants as all 3 groups navigate the ever-changing landscape of GRESB reporting. His background includes Real Estate Sustainability Consulting, Architectural Products Manufacturing, and Guest Ranching (think “City Slickers”). He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
