Paulina Torres leads Sustainability Research at JLL, where she drives thought leadership on real estate and sustainable urban development both regionally and globally. Her recent focus includes building decarbonization, net zero strategies, value creation, and climate policy. With seven years at JLL, Paulina began as a Research Analyst and previously worked on energy-efficiency financing at David Taussig & Associates. She holds a Master’s in Economic Development and Growth from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Economics and Spanish from UC Irvine. Paulina is also active in community development through OCCORD in Orange County.
