He drives integration of sustainability across Capital Markets, Brokerage, and Work Dynamics while developing new product offerings. With 20 years of experience, Brenden has advised investors and occupiers on decarbonizing portfolios and advancing climate strategies. Prior to JLL, he held leadership roles at Integral Group, USGBC, and the Urban Land Institute, and spearheaded Santa Monica’s pioneering green building code that informed California’s CALGreen standard. Trained as an engineer, he blends technical expertise with business strategy to advance sustainable real estate.
